As Chief Executive of Clean Planet, my core focus is helping our franchisees and master franchisees succeed. Since joining in 2013, I’ve worked across the business to understand the needs of our network and lead with purpose.

I’m inspired daily by our franchisees—hardworking individuals building better futures for their families. My role is to ensure they have the tools, training, and support to thrive. At Clean Planet, everything we do centres around health, sustainability, and empowering people. It’s an honour to lead a company where success is shared.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar in a band and exploring mountain biking trails—activities that keep me energised and grounded.

As a Compliance Manager at Clean Planet, I lead with a practical, people-first approach to making sure we do things the right way. My role is to work across the business to support our franchisees and master franchisee in compliance governance, health & safety, drive operational KPI’s and strengthen our quality assurance programmes. Helping build a culture where our teams feel confident, supported, and accountable. It’s an honor to be part of Clean Planet’s commitment to health, sustainability & empowering people.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my little ones, exploring waterfalls and going on long drives.
